This chart is one product from working with the Economic Growth and Redevelopment Services Office of the City of Austin. I partnered with an OD consultant and facilitator to work the group through the changes that would soon affect their organization. This was a live graphic recording that detailed the personality types of members of the team so that they might understand each other and work better together.
